Ms. Hubert brings over 20 years of private and public accounting experience, with responsibility in numerous facets of business, including risk management, property management and human resources.
Mary has owned and operated her own accounting services business since 1992, specializing in small businesses, high net worth individuals and IPO/start-up companies.
In 1997 she joined forces with Chester Aldridge, becoming an integral part of his business ventures. Her deep knowledge of business operations makes her uniquely qualified to assist Mr. Aldridge in any venture.
In addition to working with Mr. Aldridge, Mary collaborates with other tax professionals whose clientele includes entertainers, professional athletes and several NFL head coaches. Her sensitivity to discretion and privacy distinguishes her from the ordinary business associate.
Mary has proven to be a strong manager and key player in various start-ups and mergers. She has implemented and maintained numerous complex, consolidated, GAAP-compliant accounting records. She is responsible for all aspects of HR including multi-state employee benefits and 401k plans and is able to analyze liability and professional insurance costs providing complete and cost-saving information to underwriters of business insurance policies.
In her work for publicly traded companies, Mary's ability to manage and coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits in conjunction with 10Q and 10K filings, while maintaining excellent relationships with auditors, has proven invaluable.
